Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Krishan Pal Gurjar today refuted the charge of political vendetta levelled by former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda following CBI raids in connection with alleged irregularities in plot allotment.Gurjar said the law would take its own course and carry out its work if anybody had made a mistake. He was interacting with mediapersons here.He was accompanied by district BJP president Jagmohan Anand, former Union minister ID Swami and former state Industry Minister Shashi Pal Mehta.Gurjar gave 100 per cent marks to the governments at the Centre and in the state. He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar had brought about transparency and good governance and ensured a corruption-free system.Asked about implementation of Swaminathan Commission report, he said the BJP had been working on doubling the income of farmers by 2022.On his reported dispute with state Industry Minister Vipul Goel, he said, “He is my younger brother and there is no dispute between us. I had taught him politics.” He said no one would be spared in the Gurugram gang rape.Replying to a question about employment generation, he said the Union government had been working on providing jobs through various schemes.Asked about opposition to GST by Narendra Modi when he was the Chief Minister of Gujarat, Gurjar said some situations change with the passage of time.On the issue of allegations levelled by Karnal MP Ashwini Chopra against Education Minister Ram Bilas Sharma, he said it was an internal issue of the party and would be resolved. He said there was no resentment among party MLAs.Gurjar also went to Padhana village and addressed a public meeting. He had lunch at the residence of a Dalit family. He was accompanied by Hafed chairman Harvinder Kalyan, Nilokheri MLA Bhagwan Dass Kabirpanthi and Anand.
